Nice enough washing machine but spin cycle is not the best, regardless of load setting. Mobile app is a nice gimmick but questionable as to real need, considering you will still need to manually load and ensure device is switched on. Not sure if the machine should come with the noise suppressor as only saw the item described in the handbook after the delivery/installation team had left.

Replaced a Hoover washing machine that was always noisy and got even louder. Bought because of reviews saying how quiet it was. It is less noisy than the old machine but not massively so. Have only used the quick programs so far. 1400 spin still leaves a bit wetter than we would like. Good value for money but not blown away as was expecting more based on other reviews saying how amazing it is. Delivery people were fantastic and kept informed of time of arrival during the morning of delivery.

Sleek design, the app is a game changer and makes it so handy to have a wash freshly ready when home from work. Informs you of energy consumption and water usage in the app and quite a quiet machine when in cycle. Very happy

Really easy to use with a good number of programmes and options to shorten cycles and add extra rinses or prewash. I particularly like that it has a separate spin only cycle. However this spins out pretty well even on the 1200 spin.

Loving the new machine. It’s much more efficient than my old one and much quieter too!
