It’s hard to use the features I have struggled with it. And I don’t think there’s any wow factor it’s just a washing machine I do feel it is over priced. It’s a complicated machine to use over all

This machine just rips my clothes. I have tried loading fewer clothes to rule out that its being overloaded but it still rips clothes beyond repair. I'm now back on the market for another machine. This is meant to be a 12kg washing machine! I have lost a few garments to this machine.

Absolutely poor cycle for washing and the clothes are still quite wet. Sent mine back even though I lost half my hard earned money ??. Rather pay for one that gets stains out and clothes drier, which will save me money in the long term.

Broke within 1 week of use

Absolutely shocking service from Hisense ! Waited 2 weeks for an engineer to come to find the problem then another 3 weeks for the parts to come and to be fixed ! So in total 5 weeks without washing machine ! I wouldn’t recommend it at all !

Awful machine has had faults since day 1. They sent someone out, he said it was probably my way We pressure. Had it checked and it’s not. Bought it June for much more and no wonder it’s on offer. Still flashing error codes and has been since day 1! A0 and Hisense have been no help at all!

I hate this machine! It takes 4 hours to do an eco wash!!! The shortest wash with a full machine is 2 hours!!!

No auto does in make it use so much more detergent and the 1400 spin leave it really wet still..always need to put it on again for another spin...not a great machine...save ya cash and buy a better one with at least auto dose and definitely not this machine
