Great product! Easy to use, lots of settings, great drum size, washes everything well and a lot quieter than any machine I’ve had before. Quick installation and AO had great service on delivery day!

Usual excellent service from AO.com. Best price for a high standard item. Machine is quiet, good range of programs including a handy quick wash. A Rated, 9Kg load and washes very well indeed. Large drum with high spin speed means that the spin is effective at getting the load well wrung out.

Quite noisy when spinning the detergent drawer is a little bit cheap feeling

I really want a fast general wash that can take a full loaf of washing. 1 hour 50 minutes is the shortest wash that takes a full load.
