Our product arrived broken, leaked everywhere and caused damage to our floor and neighbours ceiling, haven't had chance to use it so can't comment on its functionality but it looks good even if the drums still half full of water :)

I would not buy this again. The wash times are far too long, I can't believe how long the cycles are!! Shortest is 20 minutes, which is too short. The spin is poor, clothes are still very wet. You need at least 2/3 spins, especially if your hanging indoors. I'm tempted to buy a different brand already!

The washing machine is very good as described by Hisense. AO should offer free delivery to be more customer friendly. Even if the free delivery slot is within a week. I believe AO is taking advantage of it's customers. The management must reconsider their decision to change people delivery charges.

It leaks all the time, not impressed

Programming - has various settings (linens, hygiene etc, with various temperatures) but can be complicated trying find the right setting. Would have preferred a longer ‘quick wash’ option. End up just using the ‘mixed’ wash. Overall ok but takes a bit longer for a standard wash than my previous beko machine. Capacity - drum feels small as the depth is smaller than most machines on the market but can easily accommodate a normal 2-person weekly wash. Would not recommend for a family with children. Overall - reasonably quiet machine, washes well but disappointed with how long the wash cycles take.

Stylish appearance, Very slim depth machine meant it fits into space much better than previous machine (Samsung Eco bubble). Good range of programmes including a drum clean and a 15 minute quick wash which was very handy with piles of washing we had. The main programmes all seem to take longer than previous machine to run through, 3 hours in some cases for cotton load at 90 degrees. States is a 7kg load but the drum seems smaller than previous machine so not going to overload it. Nice and quiet on spin cycle. Even has a favourite button for frequently used programme settings which i never thought i'd have a favourite wash setting. So far so good with this machine.

Works fine, but preset programmes tend to run into multiple hours unless you fiddle with the settings each time to bring it down.

Was not sure when ordered but am surprised by how good it is. Spin is quiet, some of the programs are long but nice and short to fit in a small space. Would recommend.
