Leaks intermittently. Engineer finally came out after nearly a month to tell us it has an intermittent fault. No repair, no replacement. Just left with a machine that leaks randomly. Submitted video evidence of it leaking but no action taken. Please avoid this brand for washing machines. Plenty of other reviews saying they leak.

The machine arrived broken and between AO and Hisense insisted on 3 separate visits to confirm that machine did not work, along with wanting fault code's serial number and photos of the waste pipe before they would acknowledge the fault even though they were paid for the installation. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM.

I would not buy this again. The wash times are far too long, I can't believe how long the cycles are!! Shortest is 20 minutes, which is too short. The spin is poor, clothes are still very wet. You need at least 2/3 spins, especially if your hanging indoors. I'm tempted to buy a different brand already!

It leaks all the time, not impressed

Our product arrived broken, leaked everywhere and caused damage to our floor and neighbours ceiling, haven't had chance to use it so can't comment on its functionality but it looks good even if the drums still half full of water :)

I purchased this machine as a gift to my daughter. I chose this one specifically as it was designed for an open plan house and meant to be really quiet. It didn't take long for the machine to encounter problems such as noise level and leaking door. AO did exchange it for a new one but although quieter it is still not a quiet machine.

Washed once then developed a fault and door can’t be opened. Tried all recommendations from instructions and tech support so engineer coming out. Machine is stylish, compact and quite quiet. When it works.

It does what it says on the tin. I was restricted in size so this one fitted which was vital. However, I don't know if I am missing something in the very minimal instructions but as someone who does mixed cycles, two hours for a wash is crazy long. The quick cycle is too short and doesn't rinse properly. This wouldn't be my choice of washer if I had the space for something bigger.
