excellent so far but i don't know how to connect it to Alexa

A bit disappointed with this washer dryer, particularly at the price point. Replaced an AEG washer dryer, which despite being excellent, was too troublesome and finally give up the ghost after 5 yrs of ownership. Pros... Nice Design A good range of features Quiet operation Easy to use Cons.... Usually have a 1600rpm spin cycle machine, so I have nothing to compare this to but the spin cycle is poor in my experience. You have to use the spin cycle again which sort of defeats the object! Only 3 pre-set drying features, which again are poor, especially considering the time they take. 200 mins for a cupboard dry load that still comes out damp is unacceptable. The drum is small, meaning you can't wash as much. On top of this, you have to put even less in due to the spin cycle being so rubbish. I really wanted to like this - Siemens as a brand I like and have had many products from, but this falls well short and as an expensive purchase, leaves me disappointed. Can't recommend.

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with this purchase. It is one of the most expensive options in the market and we thought we should invest in a good brand. However, since we bought it a month ago, it has been a nightmare. It keeps giving error codes, doesn't start wash because it says the door is not closed while it is closed, keeps saying foam detected additional cycle added no matter what liquid we use, it says the cycle will take 3 hours but then it takes 8 hours... countless issues... we even tried with very lightweight wash (2 kg) and nothing changed. on top of all of this, the engineer who came to check said it looks all good and we don't know how to use it and that's the problem. mindblowing customer service on top of a faulty product.

Replaced 23-year-old integrated Neff washer and separate Neff tumble dryer. Very quiet compared to the old ones. So far so good operation wise as it's a big leap from a dial and a few buttons, but we have managed to wash and dry with no issues. Our concern going for a new machine was possible long wash and dry times, but the 15-minute wash program is very useful and by the looks of it you can create bespoke programs from the APP. Looks very nice in the silver. Let's hope it lasts 23 years like the Neff's did.

Quick delivery and a great looking machine, can't wait to use it. Very high tech with lots of smart features.

Early days but very happy with this washer dryer. A lot quieter than our old AEG and looks nice too. Haven’t used all the options / programs but the only thing I would change, is the ability to dictate how long you want to dry something - there are only 3 options which have pre-determined times. So far, happy with it.
