This machine can only be used on a concrete base, so was useless in my house so it’s been replaced with a Bosch

The first washing machine which arrived didn’t drain. Such that the delivery men had to take it back ful of water. I had asked and paid for Saturday delivery so waited In for most the day. The product replacement was due Monday (bank Holiday) and again I waited in until 2pm. Totally ruined a long weekend by being stuck on for two days. Product quality of a Meile left a lot to be desired which was a big shock as normally very good.

I have bought the Miele WSD023WCS as a replacement to a previous Miele washing machine that I had for 18 years and had been very pleased with. This model is very quiet and appears to clean well. I've lost the 'Silk' programme but gained a 'Proofing' one (not yet used) but all the programmes take longer than my previous model even with the option to shorten them. This may be an Eco enhancement but at this early stage it is difficult to tell. The one big disappointment is that it doesn't draw the fabric conditioner through. I believe this might have something to do with the water pressure. Whilst I was able to overcome this with the previous machine it is ptroving much trickier with this one.

Great service from AO with delivery and customer service after we think the machine is faulty. Quite loud with a chugging sound and sometimes the programme doesn't start so have to switch off the machine and try again. Bit disappointed with this being a Miele product. Engineer booked for 2nd January. Miele have missed a trick with not offering 1400rpm on the 20 minute wash which means you have to do the spin cycle after. Not sure we've made the right decision but as far as AO are concerned, they have been excellent so far.

Replaced a previous Miele whichhad served me really well for 15 years. This one is ’too electronic’, some programs unnecessarily long (such as ’drain & Spin), no clothes weighing facility and no inside light. So am a bit disapointed.

Pretty good, no frills really and not sure all the features I thought I was buying are present on this model. I bought a Miele as I wanted a machine that was going to last so I hope I won’t know for a few years whether I was right or not

Good results, clothes properly rinsed, no white tide marks. Chose Miele after inheriting one when we bought our house in 2010. As it washed better than our machine decided to use it to the end of its life. End of life was due to replaceable parts being too expensive as it was 30 years old. Will be very happy if I get 12 years out this machine. Only problem found it slightly difficult to program the buzzer to silent. Instructions were correct but it took longer to bring up the program menu than expected.

Does exactly what is required, 29 min setting is all you really need for everyday cleaning.
