I’m a big fan of Miele products. My previous washing machine lasted over 20 years, so I’ve stayed with the brand. The machine is easy to use, very quiet and has lots of different options regarding temperature, spin speed etc.

Perfect product
Gets stains out even without extra cleaning products, several modes all the way from cold to 60+ degrees wash, express mode only takes 20 minutes yet it cleans just as well as the other modes.
Very gentle on clothes and good energy efficiency, reccomend.

My old Miele washing machine finally broke down after 19 years and during that time never broke down. So when looking to replace it I decided to get another Miele washing machine. They are certainly not the cheapest, but if this one is as good as the last one, then well worth the extra cost. So far I have not been disappointed, it washes well and has many different programmes to choose from and is very quiet when going through the washing cycles.

I was in a panic: just moved house and washing stopped working…….in my own felt overwhelmed.
Called AO and the call handler gave excellent advice, helped me order my Miele online and sign up for discounts. My new machine was delivered a few days later: delivery team kept me updated on my delivery. The delivery was in time and old machine take away.
