Good results, clothes properly rinsed, no white tide marks. Chose Miele after inheriting one when we bought our house in 2010. As it washed better than our machine decided to use it to the end of its life. End of life was due to replaceable parts being too expensive as it was 30 years old. Will be very happy if I get 12 years out this machine. Only problem found it slightly difficult to program the buzzer to silent. Instructions were correct but it took longer to bring up the program menu than expected.

Very good product, quiet, cleans the washing very nicely, a nice fresh smell.

Really pleased with my new Miele washing machine. Always wanted one and after my trusty second-hand AEG finally died after 15+ years of faithful service, I decided to push the boat out and purchase a Miele. Lovely sleek design and very solid and sturdy build with extra touches that only come with a top-quality machine. Plenty of programme choice but I especially love the 20 minute wash function (it doesn't take a full load but 3.5kg is plenty for refreshing clothes that aren't really dirty). The touch screen is quite sensitive and in the first week, before I got used to it, I activated it more than once by accidentally leaning against it! Overall, it's a super machine that is very easy and straightforward to use without any unnecessary gadgetry!

Too early to say how reliable the purchase is, but considering it was replacing a previous Miele washing machine that was 16 years old that had done the washing of three babies/children, have confidence it will last even longer. Liking the bigger drum capacity and the touch screen. Pricy in comparison to most normal washing machines, but definitely worth it for the longevity.

Just brilliant, excellènt quality, my last Miele lasted 20 yrs. Really happy with the delivery, disposal, connection service. Turned up when they said. Very happy, thank you If I win the cost back I'll spend it on another Miele appliance!

Lovely quiet washing machine. I've had a Bosch washing machine for years but fancied a change. It's as quiet as the Bosch machines I've had previously BUT this one doesn't have that really irritating loud beep when it's finished! Well packaged, there was a slight issue with delivery but communication from AO was spot on.
