The washing machine is quite outstanding, as expected, and ao did a fantastic job of rapidly and easily delivering and installing.

Early days but really impressed with quality and quietness of this machine - which is why we chose it.

Quiet washing machine and good spin. Does not have a child lock as advertised which causes issues when the little ones press the "add laundry" button over and over again! I'm not sure if the "add laundry" feature is as good as both brands' similar features - as it can quite quickly get locked and on some 40c programmes it has been 45mins after wash start before I've been able to add an item. I chose Miele over other brands with that type of feature due to brand reputation for machine longevity.

Very pleased with this washing machine so far. I'm not sure about the Wifi connect. This seems a little over the top. The last Miele machine lasted 20 years. Lets hope this survies that long!

Bought this Miele washing machine as I was tired of replacing standard machines every 4 to 5 years. The quality of the machine is superb, simple to use also. The wireless Miele app is appalling and seems to be a well known bugbear. Not sure if it has much benefit to be honest.

Breezy washing machine I've ever brought. Simple to use. Impressive cleaning.

We were encouraged by several family members to buy a Miele washing machine and we eventually bit the bullet this January. I was quite keen on the Twin Dos dosing system and quite fancied a machine with WiFi capability. We got the machine setup and instantly noticed an improvement in our washing. The twin dos system took a little bit of getting used to but now we have used it for a week we are really pleased. Haven’t got WiFi in the laundry room so can’t comment on the WiFi function.

I've had various washing machines in rented flats, but finally splashed out on a decent one which is clearly built to last. It is just in a different league to other machines I've used, loads of programs, etc., but mainly it just washes clothes really well! Whites look whiter without using any additional products and when it spins, it's so well built that it doesn't move or make much noise, just gently does its thing. You can apparently use normal detergent in this too and just deactivate the automatic cartridges, but you get some free with it (have to send away but it arrives quickly) so we've been using the Miele stuff.
