Bought this washing machine with 5 year warranty. After 2.5y it broke because their “twins do” leaks internally and it was beyond repair. They replaced it like for like but refused to transfer the remaining 2.5y warranty to the replacing machine. So if you buy with a 10y warranty which they give out as promotion sometimes, if it breaks after 1y (which seems to be at risk for twins do models) you will only have 2y warranty instead of 9y. It is not right. Firstly for such an expansive machine it should not break beyond repair after a short period of time. Secondly they refuse to transfer the original extended warranty is miss-selling of the product. ??DO NOT BUY any Miele appliance. I have been a big buyers of all their very expansive detergents and conditioners but no more! Beware of the risk of having the corrosive detergents leaking internally into the machine AND they won’t honour their extended warranty after first replacement.

Very happy with AO and the guys who delivered. Great service! The machine itself is annoying if you don't want to use TwinDos. Miele told me I could turn the function off, but apparently it ignores that and continues to give warnings after every single wash that TwinDos maintenance needs to be carried out, which I have to scroll through and cancel each time. So very very annoying, and Miele haven't come up with a solution to it for me yet.
