Only time will tell if this was a worthwhile investment but so far it has proven to be an absolutely stellar washing machine! Love the bright information display and my clothes come out clean - what more could you want?

Great machine well worth the money

Excellent. Efficient. Quiet. Perfect family machine.

I love the simplicity of the interface, its easy to understand and has limited buttons which proves negotiation easier between individual and bespoke programmes. The app for this appliance is good for keeping an eye on timings.

What can you say about Miele the name says it all.

So, they say you get what you pay for. Let’s just say I will never buy anything other than Miele again. Quiet, efficient, washing well, packed with features. Only downside is that it’s really heavy and wished I’d paid for the install.

First Miele product but the quality is evident - it’s well built, quiet, and has subtle features like the honeycomb drum which should help to look after our clothes. Yes, it’s pricey, but it’s still cheaper than buying 3 washing machines in the time this one should last. Also credit to the AO delivery / installation chaps - very courteous and quick.

Good range of programs, extremely quiet, and clothes always come out very clean. Hoping that reliability will benefit us over the next 10-20 years.
