Machine is well made, much quieter than our old one! Only issue was the Wi-Fi connection didn’t work - although why you’d want to connect your washing machine to your phone is beyond me so this isn’t really an issue.

So far so good, clothes are coming out fairly dry and clean, whites never looked better. App integration is OK. Twin dos system is a pretty good idea but I expect it will work out too expensive in the long term. Operation of the device is not so simple and the cost is very high, hence 4 stars. Had some conta t with customer service via email who were great in resolving a query I had if not a little sluggish to answer.

The machine itself is fantastic, but the Miele app is not good at all... hence the four stars. If you don't care about the smart functionality particularly, this is the best washing machine you will ever use. It has all the programs and modes you could ever want and washes all of our laundry very effectively, quietly too! The app however... it's completely broken and won't even link our Miele machines up, let alone control them. Not great considering the price tag and prestige of the brand name, but it doesn't stop you from using the machines effectively what so ever, it's just mildly annoying.

Great product so far. Fab product, is working really well and efficient. Two minor things that could improve is been able to cancel out all the buttons when is on child lock mode, not just disabling the door and been able to leave the door a little open at night to air out rather than having the door wide open. Apart from that really happy with the product!

Really nice looking. A bit 'too smart' with some functions not possible because computer says no, eg if start the wrong cycle. Also has a very annoying continuous beep at the end of the cycle which I had desperately tried to avoid after my last Bosch did the same. Tridos good and convenient. Cleans very well. Quiet, sometimes noisy at times.

a bit complicated

I have had Miele appliances for 20+ years. I bought this machine 3 months ago and today the electronic display decided not to work. To say I am not impressed is an understatement, typically this happened after the service desk was closed so will be contacting them tomorrow. I took advantage of the free samples of twindos (however I didn't realise that it had this when ordering during lockdown). I will revert to washing powder once these are finished. I would much rather a couple of wash programmes but alas Miele don't seem to make one as really who uses all the different wash cycles.

This was a replacement for an existing AEG machine that lasted 13 years without a problem. The cleaning is excellent. The twinDos system is good, if a little expensive to feed. It's very quiet, even when spinning at full speed. The app setup is not as easy as it should be. Germans are not known for their IT industry, and I can see why. The connecting hoses were quite a bit shorter than the ones on the machine this was replacing. I had to saw holes in kitchen cabinets to get it to reach.
