Nice looking quiet washing machine. Washing appears to come out extremely clean and has already removed some old marks from clothing.

Quiet washing machine and good spin. Does not have a child lock as advertised which causes issues when the little ones press the "add laundry" button over and over again! I'm not sure if the "add laundry" feature is as good as both brands' similar features - as it can quite quickly get locked and on some 40c programmes it has been 45mins after wash start before I've been able to add an item. I chose Miele over other brands with that type of feature due to brand reputation for machine longevity.

A wonderful product, really well made and should last 20years. It’s as heavy as 10 elephants though so watch your back moving it!

Fantastic washing machine. I love the way that it feeds in the washing gel with out me having to do anything. I got free gel with my machine and a code for 6 months worth of gel. My husband has delicate skin and can only use one brand of washing products, but this gel is perfect, he has no reaction to it at all. I never have to put washing products into my machine by hand again, which was always painful because of my arthritis. I got free pods too, one which will reproof waterproof wear, I only have to pop the pod into the drawer. It is extremely quiet, the best I’ve ever had. There is an app that you can down load which is he. Tell it what you are washing and it will suggest the best setting for you. I wish that I had invested in one before. A family member recommended it to me, they have had theirs for 20 with out any issues.
