Love my new washing machine, have wanted one for years . Really quite and easy to use, best washing machine I’ve ever owned

This washing machine is probably twice what we normally pay but I’m always told how good Miele are! They were right, what a fantastic washing machine, it’s quite, adjusts itself to the correct running time based on the weight of washing and I don’t need to add detergent, it does that for me too. What a great machine.

With a bit of reading through the manual we got up and running fairly easily, although the app doesn't offer many features and is very slow.

It’s easy to use so far, nice clean old fashioned design and has a great variety of programmes - brilliantly diverse for length of programme, type of wash, speed, water hardness etc etc. I hope it lasts for a long time for the price as I consider a Miele product an investment.

Perfect. Quiet even on 1400 spin. You can turn off the annoying beep to signal the end of the programme. At first it was daunting to see all the instructions but the programs are easy to understand once the machine is set up. You have to run an empty wash for calibration purposes. This takes around 2 hours. Once this is done you can just get on with it. You don’t have to use their twindos system. You can use your standard powder and softener if you prefer. Our last Miele lasted 20 years. I hope this one does as well.

Great product that is very quiet. Washing is superior to the Hotpoint washing machine it replaced. Always bought Hotpoint, but a definite convert to Miele now.

Fantastic washing machine that has replaced a 30 year old Miele. Superb build quality, looks and fantastic washing performance. It combines design excellence with outstanding engineering in a compact and very efficient machine. Quiet, powerful and very economical it is a joy and a pleasure to use. Highly recommended, a truly superb product.
