Very disappointed with Beko customer services. The door handle has cracked and needs replacing a basic and simple job you would think until you try and obtain that spare part. Have tried in vain for months to get an answer but they never respond.

The washing machine is unusable as it will not pump out water

We had machine delivered used once and it was fine then used again and it made a very loud noise when spinning so contacted you and you sent someone from beko who just said that the polybock had not been taken out and refused to take machine out and look so I contacted you again you sent someone else and he found that the drum was loose and sorted problem but we have been without a washer for over 2 weeks and at to use laundrette at a cost of £24 .

I do like my washing machine and it does the job... although I'm disappointed with the service/ Engineers 3 appointments and 6 engineers later it was finally installed. After paying for a service it wasn't provided on the first appointment.

It's probably normally a good machine, but my particular one has faulty valves so has never worked. Aside from the fact it doesn't do my laundry... the controls look nice and simple and the drum size is good. Be aware that the door can only open one way, your can't change it like you can on some integrated models.

Firstly the delivery guys didn’t bother unpacking the machine and taking the rubbish away, as per ao.com’s policy, then the washing machine broke after two uses - technician came out and has ordered a new circuit board, no communication on when that will arrive!!

Positive: This washing machine is relatively quiet during spinning - this is for one star. Negative: 1600 spin is still not drying as much as I hoped. Worst: After each washing there is always a lot of water left in the rubber seal and in the detergent / conditioner drawer (water & detergent residue). I understand it is usual for some water remaining, but this washing machine leaves about 60 - 70 % of water in the drawer. I personally consider this a big fault - if not drained / dried properly bacteria will grow the washing machine, same stagnant water circulate and the clothes will smell unpleasant. You can drain the rubber seal eventually with a lot of paper towels but you have a really big job getting to the detergent drawer to empty / drain / dry. Even worst: BEKO's customer service is shocking. I was passed from one caller to another and every time I described the issues they wrote something else on my enquiry. I had an engineer inspecting the washing machine on two occasions only to confirm this is the new design: drawer is no longer sloping and draining hole is missing. And the rubber seal is also designed in such way that is preventing the water to drain fully. To a better news: AO customer service was amazing. They organised three-way chat with BEKO allowing me to explain the issues and finally BEKO accepted to give me a refund. I since bought a new brand of washing machine. I had many BEKO products in the past but based many on the negative experience with customer service I will NEVER, EVER buy another BEKO again!
