Overall a really good washing machine however the usually cycle I use (cottons 40 degrees) takes approximately 3hrs and 22 minutes to complete ??

I couldn't get the machine to work no matter what I did......... an engineer came out and explained how sensitive the activation button was and how to operate it. Have achieved 4 washloads since with no problem. Ideal machine for a single person who does a wash once or twice a week, I always use the eco setting.

Have had it a few weeks and works fine. Using the 38min programme which washes our clothes adequately. Very pleased

This washing machine runs quietly. The finished washing is very clean and lovely. Easy to use too! My 96 year old Mum can use it with no problem.
