Bought this washing machine in January, last week it was on a spin and all of a sudden i heard a massive crash and the door exploded and glass went everywhere, this is a massive safety hazard and on speaking to Beko they didnt seem as worried about it as i was, they said it does happen. Thank god my children or my dog was no where near otherwise this could have caused a serious injury, please DO NOT BUY!

Well received my washing machine, on 4th August 2021 all good. Then today 23rd August 2021 put a wash on like, I like I normally would, 28min quick cycle. Then after 10/15mins my daughter informs me the washing machine is leaking and is flooding everywhere.. The door was open and was doing its cycle still. Crazy! But yep the washing maching door was open and still spinning around with all the water. Now my washing machine is upstairs in a cupboard (was like this when moved in). So now all my newly decorated wallpaper is runied. All the electrics have to be turnt off.. To say I'm fuming isn't THE word.. Surly this shouldn't be happening.. How does a door open on a washing machine which I did close heard the click manage to open, and still be spinning around. I phone Beko, to obviously tell them and ask them why... THEY are going to send a engineer out to have a look. Fair enough but surely they should be replacing the machine as a fault is within the machine.. Oh and if they can't find a fault I will be charged.. The machine it's self if really nice and it's really good.. But to opening up and flooding my house isn't the greatest.. So I would of rated this machine a 5+ but now, I can't as it is causing a problem.. Hopefully Beko can sought the problem or at least replace it.

Overall I'm very pleased with my new washing machine. It is generally quiet and efficient. The drum seems a larger than my last Beko and takes 9kg loads rather than 8 kg. I have had to re-spin loads a number of times, despite the 1400 rpm spin rate, which is annoying, and laundry seems to take longer to dry in my tumble drier. I'm not sure if this is linked to having slightly larger loads. My only other gripe is that at the end of the wash cycle the programme lights remain on. I waited a while the first time, as I thought the programme hadn't finished. I think the machine is good value for what I paid, and does the job very well, apart from the occasional problem with spin.

I always buy beko and had this machine before because it is a good make. However the timer function has changed it is now an end time rather than a start time which is really annoying who ever thought this would be a good idea must be crazy, if I had known this before I wouldn't have bought it, I just asumed the timer was a start time. Also the dark care wash has an extra rinse which dosen't have an option to take off, also really annoying I don't want an extra rinse so I will no longer use that programme. Note to self next time I buy a washing machine to check these settings properly.

Bought this washing machine a couple of months ago, as our previous machine broke. Didn't want to spend too much, and this machine was rated well, also, advertsied as a quiet model. Would love to know how loud the standard models are, because this machine is so crazy that me and my partner have to actually leave the room. Pretty confident people can hear the machine from the other side of town. Never been scared of my own washing machine before. Aged about 5 years in the last 3 months because of this machine.

Relative to the money this is a great value washing machine. The key points for us were a 9kg load, 1400 spin speed, 15 program settings and B grade energy rating equivalent to an old star A+++. It looks modern, adapts a wash depending on the load, has no carbon brushes = longer life, a number of energy saving options and is genuinely really quiet once set up properly. Downsides are a main control knob that is easily knocked to a different program and washes that are overly long as standard, albeit efficient but you can shorten them as needed. Finally it is manufactured in Turkey as opposed to most other equivalent machines made in China.

Do not buy, only bought 3 months ago and it was never worked properly. The timer jumps all over the place a 2hour 30 wash can take over 5hours! After several calls to Beko, AO and 2 service engineer visits I am still no further forward to getting a refund or replacement. The energy it’s using for one wash is phenomenal. Avoid! I had to rate it 1* as there is no zero option.

For the price this is a good machine. I like the quick 30 minute wash, you can adjust the spin speed as well on this cycle so the washing can come out very dry. Which is great as its quicker to dry and you dont need the tumble dryer. Its also pretty quiet and the programmes are easy to understand
