Do not buy, only bought 3 months ago and it was never worked properly. The timer jumps all over the place a 2hour 30 wash can take over 5hours! After several calls to Beko, AO and 2 service engineer visits I am still no further forward to getting a refund or replacement. The energy it’s using for one wash is phenomenal. Avoid! I had to rate it 1* as there is no zero option.

Bought this washing machine a couple of months ago, as our previous machine broke. Didn't want to spend too much, and this machine was rated well, also, advertsied as a quiet model. Would love to know how loud the standard models are, because this machine is so crazy that me and my partner have to actually leave the room. Pretty confident people can hear the machine from the other side of town. Never been scared of my own washing machine before. Aged about 5 years in the last 3 months because of this machine.

Bought this washing machine in January, last week it was on a spin and all of a sudden i heard a massive crash and the door exploded and glass went everywhere, this is a massive safety hazard and on speaking to Beko they didnt seem as worried about it as i was, they said it does happen. Thank god my children or my dog was no where near otherwise this could have caused a serious injury, please DO NOT BUY!

Misleading advertising from Beko because the 1400 spin speed is only available on two washes which take nearly 3 hours to complete! When you first turn on the program it gives you a time but then a few minutes later, additional time has been added making programs much longer. When the wash has finished it leaves water in the rubber door seal too. Most washes are only 30 or 40 degrees and there is no high temperature wash. The washing is quite wet when finished even with the 1400 spin. The spin only option is only 1200 which is useless. My previous machine lasted 9 years without a repair and would still be in use if I could have found an engineer willing to replace drum bearings and not tell me that it was uneconomically viable. On that machine I could select temperature up to 90 and spins up to 1600 on any wash. There is too much pressure to sell you extended warranty and accidental damage insurance. Manufacturers should offer a minimum of 5 year warranty if they believe their products to be good! I doubt this machine will last 2. I'm glad there are only two of us and that the machine will only be on once or twice a week as the costs of running will be astronomical. Nearly three hours for an eco wash is simply ridiculous.

Not too happy with this washing machine. When I watched the video it said that it was a quiet machine however the rubber on the washing machine squeaks while washing machine is spinning. Also there is a big gap between the drum and the plastic around the rim.

The specifications on this washer sounded brilliant and it worked really well the first 4 times I used it. I had only had this washer for 2 days and the main power board blew all my sockets. I am still waiting for this to be repaired 4 weeks later as the part is unavailable. Do not buy this product.

I’ve had this machine for a few weeks now. It spins so loud, rocks and shakes and has left 4 huge holes in my kitchen floor . Last night I came home to find that it had span so fast it broke the water hose. Leaving the kitchen flooded also water had got into the plug socket so then my electricity chipped out.
