Great product. Really quiet, so many different cycles. Plays a little tune when it's finished but my god it goes on forever! Definitely know when it is finished! Door and drum are ample big enough to keep on top of washing for large families (family of 7). Can't fault it so far

We replaced our old Samsung Ecobubble after 12 years. To be honest it had some hammer over the years. The reason we decided to stay with Samsung is the reliability and build quality. The new machine is excellent and very quiet. We like the load sensing at the start it brings the wash time and water used down. Haven’t used all the programmes yet. Also still getting used to the phone app too Smart Things)

Grreeaattt machine. Easy to follow advice on the display with all the right wash options.

Great machine. Large drum with a wide door and it's easy to select programmes. I like the fact that you can add more rinses and it has an option of spin only. Clothes come out lovely and clean.
