This machine was faulty from day one of purchase, Samsung openly admit there is a common fault with this. A quick wash set for 15 minutes takes hours as the machine constantly turns off and on. When set on a 1 hour programme it takes nearly 7 hours to complete and still doesn’t wash properly. This is not fit for purpose I would seriously advise looking at another manufacturer as still being sold even though aware of the issue. Who expects to buy a brand new machine and then have to have a repair man come and fix it? If you buy this expect to own a re-conditioned appliance with fear of what else will go wrong with it.

Washing cycles go on way longer than the time on the control panel - sometimes not ending at all. The countdown timer keeps going up during the cycle! Once it gets through the rinse cycles, cross your fingers for the spin. Last load, the spin cycle moved between 15 mins and 12 mins remaining for over 2 hours before having to stop it. I guess Samsung would say it's not loaded properly but it happens every time - never had this problem with a washing machine before. I guess the electronics are just "too clever". Oh, and the main washing powder drawer always has a clump of powder left afterwards.

Excellent machine. Very easy to set up and connect to the services. Very intuitive wash selection. So far (1 month) it has not put a foot wrong. All round good experience. Quick delivery. With very helpful driver and support worker. Old machine and packaging removed by the delivery team.

Really happy with the machine so far! A few weeks after purchase! Love the bubble function and 11kg sized drum is fab for less washes! And the little song that it plays when it’s finished is fun! :-)

Simple to use. No short washes over 40. Fastest spin 1400. Have had 1600 in previous machines and this did make a difference. Overall not unhappy with product.

This washing machine takes a huge load even though it fits into the space of an ordinary washing machine, it's easy to work out the controls and best of all it's so quiet. We are very please with the purchase.

Nice washing machine fit perfectly into the space where my old one was and it's a larger load than my old one this is 11kg and my old one was 9kg.it let's you know when it's finished by playing a little tune. The only thing I found wrong was the instructions they didn't give you much guidance on all the things some of the programmes can do.I still don't know my self.

Really pleased with the machine so far, spin is really effective and clothes are coming out clean and well spun. Worthwhile bearing in mind that the max weight for the majority of programs on the machine is much lower than 11kg, but so far the programs have suited our needs
