Awesome machine only one issue but hear it’s the same with all Samsung machines. ‘The child lock’ your lovely children can still press the power button off and stop the cycle think this defeats the object to be honest. Size and wash can’t fault brilliant value for money

We bought this to replace our old Samsung washing machine which was great while it lasted but this new one is brilliant. It is extremely quiet and the larger load means we can get more washing done. It looks great in the room too and has a few more settings than the previous model which have been handy. Installation and calibration was simple once in place. The only thing that lets it down is that it is very heavy and not easy to manoeuvre into its space. The delivery men struggled to get it through a tight door and, as it was very difficult to manoeuvre, left black marks on the floor.

The machine is brilliant. I have one just like this in another property so this machine is more or less the same. The difference is that the other one is 9kg. I have not used all of the functions but I am sure they will work fine. There is not much else to say other than two thumbs up. Samsung could have included a more in-depth manual to explain the functions on the control panel but this is solvable by going to Samsung's website.

Great machine, excellent drum capacity and a good variety of programmes. One note though: the max 11kg load only applies to two programmes though, the 'eco' and 'cottons', so for instance a 1 hr mixed wash is 5kg max load.

Comes with guarantee but if its plumbed in before you get the serial number on the back of the machine, you can't claim it. ?? they don't go by receipt anymore.

Great service from AO, v quick delivery and install. Good price. Machine looks and seems good, large 11kg drum, clothes washed well. Knocking a star off as it seems to massively increase wash time using sensors. With the result that a 1.5 hour basic mixed wash sometimes gets extended to 3.5 hours. Can't work out how to turn this function off. Must use up loads of electricity. Spoke to Samsung who said it must be weight if load (it wasn't a big load), hard water (we live in soft water area) or cheap detergent (it isn't). Hopefully will work out how to sort this. Apart from that, I'd recommend item and certainly recommend AO.

AO delivered and take away way 5 star . The Samsung washing is not working properly as it will not spin with out the washing machine jumping up and down as it can work out the load . One jumper is no good. Two jumpers it is still no good, three things to fill the drum ?? is no good. The washing is level as I have chequed . Just wanted to send it back.
