Extremely disappointed with this machine as it is brand new, delivered today, and leaks. First use has flooded the kitchen. Fortunately we were around and noticed the leak. Thank goodness we hadn’t gone out or left it running overnight. All the pipes are secure, inlet pipes and drain pipes. The machine is level. The leak seems to be coming from the middle of the machine somewhere, so guessing an engineer is going to have to sort it out. Very inconvenient as have washing piling up. Delivery was great and couldn’t fault the drivers by the way.

This is a fantastic washing machine, very quite and energy efficient. I especially like the timer so you know exactly how long the process will take. Even with an additional spin and drain the laundry is not very wrinkled and minimal ironing is required. I have a lot of washing in my household - so the maximum capacity works really well for me.

Very pleased with this model Easy to use

Had a Bosch machine for 10 yrs, it was brilliant. Changed to a Hoover, what a load of rubbish, lasted 2 yrs. Just bought this Samsung machine...WOW, love it. Its so quiet you won't believe it. Easy to operate, lovely big drum. I'd definitely recommend this machine. Buy rubbish and buy twice. My only slight criticism, I wish it was a 1600 spin not 1400. But it's not a deal breaker, you won't be disappointed with this machine.

This washing machine is significantly better than our old washing machine.

A spacious drum. Excellent wash times. Great spin on clothes which are nearly dry. A brilliant machine and easy to setup.

After nearly 16 years of my old Bosch machine decided to start eating my clothes, time for a new replacement. Chose this one because of the 11kg load capacity. Only had for under a month. So far so good. Not used all the functions, but like the 15min quick wash...even changing the functions for higher temp and higher spin speed..still only about 30mins. Quiet too. Like the little melody it plays when the wash finishes.

Excellent washing machine, huge 11kg drum which is great for reducing washes. Looks good, lots of useful programmes especially having a dog. Love it!
