I bought this along with a fridge and freezer, things go in threes apparently. This is a huge upgrade from my old washing machine that, to be fair, lasted a decade. It has so many preset programmes it would make your head spin but also customisable ones too. It recommends your most used and if you connect to Smartthings app it tells you when its finished. So far, I have only done a few washes of different types but it is very efficient. The rinse is somewhat noisy, I think its the rate that the water goes in, very fast, so it probably cuts down washing times, but I'm not sure. So far, I like this machine a lot although I have yet to get 11KG of laundry in at once.. the drum does weigh it and adjusts the washing time which is fantastic.. Great machine

From purchasing to delivery was very good kept me informed of what was happening . Very pleased with washing machine , only used couple of times pleased so far .

Works great so far. Love the happy little tune it plays when finished as it really is more obvious that your load is done and you need to take it out. I think an important thing to mention is that the door is not reversible, it is hinged on the left side only. Just bear that in mind. As for longevity, well time will tell. But happy with the machine and the service from AO.

Really efficient, quiet and looks great! We upgraded after our last samsung washer died after 10+ year after a lot of abuse from 2 kids, 2 dogs and living on a farm!

Can't fault it so far. Replaced a 10 year old Samsung and it is SO much quieter. Literally don't know its on in the utility room, the last one shook the house down every spin. Large load is useful, there's a lot of software gubbins I'm not sure we'd use but handy having the app notify you when it's finished (given how quiet it is). Happy with our purchase
