Good size washing machine. Quiet when in use. Only criticism is that you have to press and hold the “button” to set the wash going and that there is very little information on what some of the more obscure washes are intended for eg “less microfiber” . Also a number of the wash choices specify maximum 2kg; the machine was bought for its 11kg capacity so that is a little frustrating. Having said that we have found the machine works well.

Seems very quiet, cleans well and is good so far. However the was cycles are pretty long and the smart sensor element of the washes only makes them longer. However it’s early days but seems good so far.

Very happy with my new machine. It’s so quiet you wouldn’t know it was on. Instructions seem a bit daunting to start with but actually it’s quite easy . Washing is definitely cleaner . I didn’t realise that it had finished, the spin was incredibly quiet. It plays a great tune when finished, I still laugh when I hear it.

My last Beko machine had a 1400 spin and clothes came out nearly dry after 2 spin cycles this machine the clothes are still very wet wish I had never bought it

It is very good, only two minor whinges, hence the 4 stars. The main 'Eco' programme is 2 hrs 50 minutes! It might be super duper fancy and works things out, but 2 hrs 50 mins! Really! We want to get the washing done and finished with; suffice to say we don't use it. Second, it is advertised as an 11kg capacity but that only applies to 3 or 4 programmes, all of the others (and there are lots) are limited to between 2kg and 5kg, not sure what the point of them is; is anyone really that fastidious about their washing? I guess all machines are like that. Anyway, happy with my purchase in general.

So far so good ... It's definitely more efficient than my previous Samsung Washing Machine. Washing cycles are considerably shorter without compromising the washing quality. The larger capacity is also amazing. It is a bit noisy during spin cycles when we are washing our towels even when we are not overloading.
