Easy to use and controls looks so nice. Didn’t want something that looked cheap but also didn’t want to pay more than necessary. This machine was affordable and stylish and didn’t disappoint

The washing machine is just what I wanted - able to use the app to determine what is the best cycle for the load being washed and getting notified when the cycle is completed - very quiet too!

Love, love, love this washing machine, it sings after a cycle, I can add during a cycle. It’s easy to use, plenty of cycles to choose from and looks great. I loved my old washing machine and reluctantly purchased this Samsung 9KG and it’s everything I could wash for. Thank you Samsung and AO for brilliant service.

The Samsung washing machine is absolutely amazing does exactly what it says. Fridge freezer is amazing and looks brilliant and it matches well with my kitchen.The service was brilliant. Would definitely recommend (ao) Also the two people that came to do delivery i was very very happy with them and their service was really good amd they were very help full
