Very sleek machine. AddWash is a must for our house Perhaps too many cycle options trying to find my way with weights vs temperatures etc Haven’t got my head the around eco wash yet - the machine decides the temperature (40-60 degrees) by sensing the load (great if everything can be washed at 60) Great large drum Didn’t know I needed it but being alerted to the end of wash on my phone is helpful.

It’s extremely quiet when on full speed, it has lots of different washing options to choose from to, I had a Samsung before and loved it and this is why I bought this one. Overall great washing machine.

Great washing machine nice and quite lots of settings as well to get the best wash. Seems to leave things al lot dryer then my old washer

The machine is extremely quiet, control ability is excellent and easy via the app, washes clothes brilliantly the drum is v good size even tho it's only 9kg drum..cannot fault it excellent value for money.

There are lots of programmes with this washing machine but these are not detailed in the information booklet. The programmes are simply listed. Once I get used to the machine I will probably mostly stick to the same ones! The 15 minute quick cycle will be especially useful. The spin is relatively quiet.

Great machine so far and really quiet. I was a bit sceptical about connecting it to an app but it has proved really useful because my machine is in the cellar. No more going downstairs to check if it’s done. The little hatch for posting in forgotten socks etc is a boon.

Really pleased with new Samsung machine. Purchased as it was Which? Best Buy. Great choice of programmes, quiet, nice big drum for larger washes.
