Really easy to use. Simple set up and seems much more efficient than our previous machine. Clothes come out very clean and much less wet than expected on the high spin speed which reduces drying time significantly. My only comment is there are not many short cycles. That said, you can adjust lots of settings on the quick wash to make it suitable. It links well to my phone, giving me lots of options and tells me when the cycle is done. The add wash works well and is also great for adding things during the rinse that just need a freshen up. You can even set the phone to pause the machine at this phase of the wash and remind you to add them. Would recommend.

Excellent washing. Very quiet even on the fastest spin. A good selection of different cycles and adjusts to the load amount in there. Add wash is handy when a sock has been dropped and cycles can be adapted to how you want them to be

Had previously had the Samsung ecobubble for 8 years so knew what to expect. This 9 kg version is updated, has more programmes and has better energy efficiency. Easy to install and set up, I didn't want loads of gimmicks - just a reliable high performing washing machine and this delivers in style. Has addtowash door and can also be paired with wifi to enable smart remote application which are nice to have without hugely increasing the price. A really good buy and highly recommended

Great machine easy to use

The washing machine is a lovely colour and closely matched the picture. I've only used it a couple of times, but, setup was easy and the washing machine has great pre set modes. Being able to add items on the fly is amazing if your prone to forgetting to put the odd sock in. All in all, a great machine.

It’s great as you can add the odd sock you dropped on the way down the stairs half way through the wash. It’s super quiet and has a big drum with lots of options for different programmes. All good so far!
