Wow! Stopped spinning after half a dozen uses. First time this has happened in all my years on any product. So disappointed. Bought it a month ago, went away for a month, came back and it doesn’t spin. The machine had a selection of lightweight clothing in it only. No way would I ever buy from this company again after my customer care experience. Fifteen minutes of press 1, press 1 … then half an hour on then phone to the Philippines with a very nice, but very hard to understand, lady. And the upshot is, North Western Repairs will come out. The thing is AO, my sales contract is with YOU and I do not like the fact that the machine is defective and you refer me to the manufacturer. I won’t ever buy from you again and cannot recommend you to family and friends.

This machine is excellent. Really quiet, even on full spin. Very easy to use. Lovely colour. The little door is good for me because i am forever dropping socks and having to wait for the next load, but not with this machine. Good value for money. Wanting the matching tumble drier next.

Lovely machine! Looks smart, and does the job! Weighs your washing and extends/ reduces washing time accordingly. Comes out practically dry too! Washes well, the song at the end of the cycle is very long, but cheery! And if you have a smart watch/ phone- you get a message on those to say the machine has finished!

Awful appliance, after 5 months wouldn’t work without vibrating around the kitchen. Had engineer out and was told that it needed to be on a concrete floor. The fault appeared initially on a concrete floor! Tried moving to laminate and concrete, also a vibration mat that was recommended by AO and Samsung - still the fault perused, no help from Samsung atall and ended up replacing!

I've had my eye on this product for a few years now, finally my old washer broke and I was able to indulge! Day 1 the add wash came in handy as my husband was doing the laundry whilst I had our newborn and naturally he found a million tiny people clothes to be added after the wash started. The hygiene steam is a god send! Pooey baby clothes and reusable wipes go in on this cycle and come back out white like new! I LOVE this function! The washer itself is quiet, plays a tune when it's done (this can be turned off if you want) and looks good too! So happy we invested in this washer, I'm now one of those people who are like have you seen my new washer!

The machine washes well and I like the large drum. You can tweak the programmed wash cycles. Adding a stray sock is easy. ?? There is just one thing that I wasn't expecting and that is the musical tune at the end of the wash. I've googled to see if there is a way to get rid of it, but I haven't found anything for this model. It can easily be very annoying. It plays for the time it takes a machine to disengage the safety lock.

Really like this washing machine. Has so many different cycles there is always something for all washing. Using the app is so much easier by making the "recipe" and sending to the machine. However, you still have to go to the machine to start - why not be able to start from the app?

I have owned this since mid-January. I really like the features of this machine. The digital display menu is easy to use to select appropriate cycles, the self cleaning feature is useful and I love the door for adding items to the wash after it has started. One thing that isn't working well though is the machine often (every for or five washes) fails to drain properly. This mostly happens with larger items such as bedding but does sometimes occur with small loads as well. The separate drain/soon cycle always resolves it so I am confident there is no blockage in the machine (I did also have it installed with delivery so this shouldn't be an issue). If it wasn't for this issue I would give it full stars.
