At the moment I'm not very happy. Had it less than a week and there's a fault. Waiting for an engineer to come. Shouldn't have to have an engineer tampering with it within a week. It should have been replaced for a new one!

Washing machine is fine, does everything it says however I fully regret my purchase. The child lock function is completely useless as it still allows the 'power' button to be used mid cycle with child lock on. My 1-year-old twin's have figured this out and interrupt almost every cycle, which causes endless frustration. Fine if you have no young children, avoid if you do!

Replaced a dead machine with this. Wow! What a fab machine full of features. This is a great washing machine for anyone with kids. The Bubblesoak feature is great for loosening dirt after my daughter's football sessions and even without, my laundry has never been so clean, even with my 30° upper limit for washing temperatures! Works really well with the app, if you aren't sure what cycle to use it has a "laundry recipe" feature, you tell the app what is in the machine, what colour it is (white, coloured or dark) and how soiled it is and it suggests the perfect cycle (it's accurate too!), It also really helpfully tells you the energy usage of each cycle. The addwash door is really handy for chucking small bits in and don't worry about kids mucking about with it as it's locked when the child lock feature is on. And yes, it is incredibly quiet, I can't hear it over my (also quiet) heat pump dryer! If you're considering this machine I can only wholly recommend it!

Great washing machine, I like the big drum and the addwash door is brilliant for things that you drop on the way to the washer! No more socks hanging around until next wash time! I originally thought the WiFi connectivity was a bit of a gimmick, but I've found that the ability to run an extra spin, after the main wash cycle has finished, from anywhere is quite handy - and therefore ready to go on the line or in the dryer as soon as I get home.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago so still getting used to the programs. Much faster and quieter than previous machine. One really bad problem is the switches to turn on. These are pressure points under the front fascia. Power on is OK but the one that starts the program is really hit and miss. Sometimes it works first time and others not at all. Life is too short for this.

Love it! Love the Add in feature, there's always one sock that's escaped from the main wash, the add in wash feature means I can just add it to the wash. Love the fact the washing machine senses the load and adjusts the time accordingly. Love the fact it's quiet. It's easy to operate. We haven't used the WiFi functionality yet. Just Love it!
