Great investment, super happy with the washing machine, it's superb, the clothes are very clean and almost dry. This washing machine is very quiet and definitely worth the investment. I highly recommend it!

It’s a decent machine. The app isn’t as advanced as my last one which is frustrating considering the brand. The wash pods keep getting trapped in the door so it always needs wiped. Otherwise, it’s good.

Great stylish product

I am delighted with my new Samsung. I had a Samsung Eco- Bubble before and loved it. It’s quiet and has programs for all my washing needs and looks great. The add-wash feature is really handy as I am always finding the odd sock or item that needs to be added. Great product!

A great washing machine, size is much larger than my previous 7kg machine, and has worked efficiently so far. The addwash is such a useful feature that I've already used multiple times in the month or so I've had the machine. Well worth the cost. The app is a bit of a gimmick, but having a notification on my phone is useful if I don't hear the machine song. Only wish is that I could turn the song volume down rather than just on or off, as it's quite loud in my small kitchen and scares my cats. But just a tiny annoyance.

Very quiet, Lots of wash options and remembers the cycles you use the most. The add wash is fantastic. Highly recommended.

My wife loves the product. It’s so simple and straight forward to use and the fact she can control it from her phone allowing her to be anywhere in the house is brilliant. The sock drawer is a fantastic addition as well and we never realised how much we need one of this in our lives.
