    Don’t Buy “, Run!

    1/5
Product arrived fine. Used it for 4 washes rubber seal was damaged by another part of the machine that came off inside. Samsung customer service refused to fix it as they are claiming it’s not a manufacturer defect. So now I have a leaking machine that is not for purpose and have wasted half a day on the phone to Samsung.

Hard to use. Beeps a lot. Instructions useless.

    2/5
The most frustrating washer I have ever known. It beeps all the time. Even when you have worked out how to turn the alarm off it still beeps. The instructions provided are next to useless. I had to Google how to choose a cycle as I couldn't even get that to work. If I had the choice again I wouldn't buy it. I am sure when I get use to its annoying beeps I will hate it less. But at the moment I want to run it over with my car.

    Experienced an earthquake at home

    2/5
The washing machine is very good at first day. But it became worse at second times I use it. When it started spinning the cloth, it shake like earthquake and all my cooking tool fell down from the kitchen cupboard. It is not that worth this price I think

    Flaws ruin good cleaning performance

    2/5
Not recommended! Coming from a 10 year-old Hotpoint I couldn't be less impressed. The Samsung has good cleaning performance but has a MAJOR design flaw: socks ALWAYS get stuck in the drum in wash, so they are dirty, sopping wet and jam the machine! Never an issue on my previous Hotpoint. There's also no way to set the temperature for the ECO cycle ('chosen automatically dependent on load' - why can't I choose an eco temp?) and the child safety lock is buried in a menu - no shortcut. I wish I'd kept my old model.

    Unbalanced Load

    3/5
The clothes certainly come out clean but this machine has difficulty balancing a load when it is about to spin. It can only take one medium dressing gown anything else in the drum with it and it will not spin. The machine sits on a tiled floor and it is leve but l when it is about to spin it bangs and rattles yet it is supposed to be quiet and good for open plan kitchens.

    Good but not great

Great machine however it's not truly smart, you can't control all aspects of this device remotely.

    It could be better quality

    3/5
Over all it’s fine ,,, I bought a Samsung washing machine at same time as my hotpiont tumble dryer and you can see the difference in quality ,, and also why do they put sticky labels on the front , which when you peel them off it leaves a great big sticky mark which you can’t get off and it looks a mess

    Not satisfied

At the moment I'm not very happy. Had it less than a week and there's a fault. Waiting for an engineer to come. Shouldn't have to have an engineer tampering with it within a week. It should have been replaced for a new one!
