Washing machine is fine, does everything it says however I fully regret my purchase. The child lock function is completely useless as it still allows the 'power' button to be used mid cycle with child lock on. My 1-year-old twin's have figured this out and interrupt almost every cycle, which causes endless frustration. Fine if you have no young children, avoid if you do!

Really good if it wasn’t already broken when it arrived. Waiting for an engineer to come out and inspect it before they arrange for either a new one or a replacement part. Another week without a washing machine

Good machine with plenty of wash cycles. Advertised as 9 kg but as soon when you add a heavier load than the recommended 2 or 4 kg which is available for most cycles the initial wash time will extend to pretty much double the time you started with. This makes it difficult to complete a wash and get it out on the line before work. If you are lucky it will be finished by the time you get home. Spin cycle is fairly quiet but then anything would be compared to my old machine where the bearings had gone.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago so still getting used to the programs. Much faster and quieter than previous machine. One really bad problem is the switches to turn on. These are pressure points under the front fascia. Power on is OK but the one that starts the program is really hit and miss. Sometimes it works first time and others not at all. Life is too short for this.

Washing machine seemed great to start with but having had it for a couple of months now, it's worth mentioning 2 minor niggles I've got with this that we didn;t have with our old washing machine. Firstly, small items, like kids trainer socks, will nearly always find a way to get wedged in the bottom of the door seal during a wash. Secondly, and maybe related, it might be a good idea to avoid this machine if you tend to use pods for the detergent. numerous times now I have found significant amounts of a pod stuck in the bottom of the door seal. Could be operator error, but the thing is flat and level, and i'm not overloading, so perhaps just powder or liquid from now on.

I find the buttons very difficult to press, repeatedly I press and then instead of starting it goes to hold. My washing tablets do not seem to dissolve properly. I never had this problem with my previous hotpoint. Finally, the tune that it plays when it has finished a cycle, it goes on for ages and is hideous.

I have owned this since mid-January. I really like the features of this machine. The digital display menu is easy to use to select appropriate cycles, the self cleaning feature is useful and I love the door for adding items to the wash after it has started. One thing that isn't working well though is the machine often (every for or five washes) fails to drain properly. This mostly happens with larger items such as bedding but does sometimes occur with small loads as well. The separate drain/soon cycle always resolves it so I am confident there is no blockage in the machine (I did also have it installed with delivery so this shouldn't be an issue). If it wasn't for this issue I would give it full stars.

Very disappointed with the product. Very noisy sounds like its about to breakdown
