It's ok

This is a really clever washing machine but not too complex so you need an engineering degree to work it. The tune it plays is annoying but I’m sure there’s a way of stopping it. Good results on washing. Capacity to add dropped socks to load very handy

Overall happy with this machine, direct replacement for the previous generation that had a failed drum spider arm after about 8 years. Only couple of points I would note, doesn’t seem as substantially made as the previous modell & drum seems to vibrate more on initially starting the spin cycle although quiet once up to speed. Hopefully lasts as long as the previous one!

Works really well, screen gives loads of info and has loads of programs. Washes clothes really well. Only taking a star off due to price otherwise extremely happy with this machine.

Good machine. My most used programs are quick wash 15 to 35 mins- does a good wash. Mixed wash 1 hr 6 mins. And Wool. I like the fact I can change spin speeds, and temperature ( within a range) and things come out clean !! Hurrah! The machine makes a jolly tune when switched on. And another when switched off. It’s useful that the phone app alerts me when the machine has finished. One disappointing point is I can’t delay the start ( for cheap overnight electricity) which is for me a BIG negative. I thought I’d be able to delay start with the app, but can’t find that option?

Easy to use, functional, and quiet in operation.

It’s a decent machine. The app isn’t as advanced as my last one which is frustrating considering the brand. The wash pods keep getting trapped in the door so it always needs wiped. Otherwise, it’s good.

Replacement washer for my last Samsung that lasted over 10 years. So far so good, but although the app is good for helping choosing the best programme you can't srat the wash remotely which is disappointing.
