Excellent product Easy to use Excellent value

Excellent product, feature heavy but easy to run. Have put some very dirty loads through it now and all have came out gleaming and fresh. Drum Clean feature is an excellent and hassle free way to ensure that it keeps working at it's best, and is recommended after a very heavily soiled load, or in my case dog beds/blankets etc. with lots of hairs. Honestly thought the mid-wash access door was a bit of a gimmick but have since found myself use it on a couple of occasions. Similarly the WiFi connectivity and notifications when your wash is complete is actually pretty neat, although if you're nearby you won't miss the unique Samsung jingle!

This is the best washing machine so far I had. Very quiet lots of programs, and my favourite is the quick program because I work as a nurse and after shift just a quick wash my uniform and next day shift ready to put it on. Fantastic thank you AO

Love the product, very simple to use and easy setup menu. Still haven’t setup the WiFi, not a priority when you have just moved in.

Great washing machine. Can fit a full family load in and the hygiene steam cycle is great while we’re doing potty training! Thought the spin would be a little quieter than it is though

Great washer so far. Easy to install. I just had a small problem firmly installing the drain hose under my sink.
