The machine works really well but I think there are a couple of issues that I find annoying - no review (including Which) has mentioned this as far as I can tell: 1, The machine is nominally 9kg and there are 8kg and 7kg model in the range many of the programmes have lmits of 4kg or lower for all models - the 9kg isn't worth it - may as well get 9kg. So check carefully - take the duvet to the launderette. 2, The programmes themselves are not as intuitive or flexible as I would like: "Cottons" is 20C - that's unexpected. You cannot choose 1400 rpm spin for many programmes. On the other hand, it may last long enough to see me out.

Reasonably happy with this Samsung Ecobubble but a few things to consider before purchase. There is no daily wash function (apart from a 15 minute cycle for a very small load) so if you have a medium/large family with a couple of kids be aware that it's not the quickest at getting a wash done. It takes a lot of trial and error to find the quickest setting for a full load at a standard wash. Best I've found a far is the mixed load setting with two rinses. Also the cotton cycle tends to add on two hours onto a full load after its half way through the cycle. This seems to be thing with modern washing machines to save energy and water but pretty useless if you have to do a large wash in a hurry. With all that said it does a good job of cleaning the clothes and the spin function does a good job of getting the worst of the water out. It also gives your clothes a nice gentle warmth at the end of the spin which is nice on a cold winter evening! The five year warranty is good peace of mind and hopefully the pricier initial cost will work out well in the long term with this warranty.

We seem to have a problem with the powder detergent compartment not flushing completely into machine. As such leaves an amount of powder detergent which has been wetted out and is now a hard, less soluble mass.

I think that the washing machine is probably going to be all right. But when I first ran it I thought that it was rather noisier than I was expecting it was going to be. In my case it does not matter all that much as it is in my utility room and by the time the fire door door between the kitchen and the utility room is shut, it is hardly audible even on full spin. There were certain things about the instructions which I think should be mentioned in the manual, one of which is that the programme seems to flash throughout. In many instances a flashing is a sign of a warning and yet I have run three different cycles now throughout their whole length, and have not received any of the warning codes listed in the manual. As the drum does not seem to get hot, I did initially wonder whether the washing machine was heating the water up, but again as I have said previously I have had no warning indications and there are a whole list of possible codes of possible faults. It is always difficult to provide a really accurate review of the machine when you have only just started using it, and time will tell no doubt as to how good a machine it actually is. But I do have a five-year warranty with it.

Too many long wash programs 3 hours is rediculous

Great service and really nice looking product. Washes I’ve done so far have been great and everything comes out smelling lovely and fresh. I particularly like the bedding and hygiene clean settings. The only issue with this product is that the spin is INCREDIBLY powerful so if the machine isn’t secured against walls or counters it shakes and moves quite a bit, as well as being incredibly noisy. We have secured it now but do beware if you’re planning to put this somewhere that you can’t easily secure it.

Good build quality the only thing i am not happy when on spin cycle it’s shaking a bit and bit noisy

Washing machine seems fine - no better than my previous 8yr old Bosch. One star due to false advertising - product states TWO year warranty - not 5 year warranty.
