    A long term investment

    3/5
Reasonably happy with this Samsung Ecobubble but a few things to consider before purchase. There is no daily wash function (apart from a 15 minute cycle for a very small load) so if you have a medium/large family with a couple of kids be aware that it's not the quickest at getting a wash done. It takes a lot of trial and error to find the quickest setting for a full load at a standard wash. Best I've found a far is the mixed load setting with two rinses. Also the cotton cycle tends to add on two hours onto a full load after its half way through the cycle. This seems to be thing with modern washing machines to save energy and water but pretty useless if you have to do a large wash in a hurry. With all that said it does a good job of cleaning the clothes and the spin function does a good job of getting the worst of the water out. It also gives your clothes a nice gentle warmth at the end of the spin which is nice on a cold winter evening! The five year warranty is good peace of mind and hopefully the pricier initial cost will work out well in the long term with this warranty.

    Don't do it ! It's a load of RUBBISH

I bought a Samsung washing machine eleven months ago and last week it started to leak. The engineer came out and replaced the door seal, door seals are not covered under my five year guarantee and I was charged £99 . ao.com and samsung seem to think that this is a reasonable length of time for a door seal to last ! I asked engineer what use is my 5 year guarantee and he said it has no use ! I will not be buying anything from ao.com or Samsung again

Delivered by AO told the engineers to not scratch the wood floor when you install the new washing machine and they did. When the washing machine is on spin it makes a terrible racket and there is clearly an issue with the seal which AO just refer you back to Samsung to discuss

    Door seal easily damaged

    1/5
Had this machine 2 weeks and the door seal has been damaged by what I would assume was a piece of clothing, not big enough to stop the door shutting but enough to damage the seal and leak water everywhere, not impressed by Samsung at all, apparently not covered by the warranty either, beware.

Not as good as I hoped

    3/5
Only had this a couple of weeks now. Seems ok. Spin not as good as I hoped. Was super quiet spinning at first but now starting to make a noise. Sometimes have to re spin. Good selection of wash cycles. Quick wash is quick but not that good. Still getting a metallic smell on clothes rather than fresh laundered smell. Otherwise ok.

    Disappointed

Really disappointed in this washing machine full loads take to long average time 4 hours my last washing machine was a LG full load 1 hour 15 minutes and washing was really clean and with this Samsung the full loads are cottons only so disappointed wish I had never brought it.

Not good for kids socks !!

    2/5
Quiet machine but bit annoying that small items, like kids socks get stuck between the door and the seal... meaning they aren’t washed properly and are soaking wet at the end of the cycle because they miss the spin!

Door seal leaking after 2 weeks

    1/5
Had the machine 2 weeks, door seal is leaking water onto the floor , never had such a disastrous start to owning a washing machine, apparently the warranty doesn't cover it so I'm not sure what to do, not impressed as I spent a little more than normal on a 'better' machine. Never again, beware.
