Unfortunately, this washing machine was unable to cope with even a light load without shaking and walking across the room. We therefore had to exchange it for a different make. Big shout to AO customer service who were absolutely fantastic and we have recommended them to all our friends!

I’m shocked at how poorly this machine cleans clothes. It’s barely removed the easiest of stains which my hot point had no issues with. Clothes are still coming out dirty no matter what setting and how long I have them in the wash for! I do not recommend this washer at all! I have asked for a refund and will be switching back to either a hot point or Bosch.

If you want a washing machine that sounds like someone is trying to break in this is the one! Had the washer about 6 months before I managed to get a refund. Engineers basically replaced the insides and said "we cant fix these we can just repair them" and "if it ain't fixed now it never will be" even the delivery man said about how poor the build quality is. Engineers had to come out 5 times before samsung scrapped it off, but the sound of what the engineer was saying on the phone there is something seriously wrong with the series 5s but samsung don't want to do admit it. Getting intouch with samsung was a terrible experience, having the phone put down on you, been lied to about a manager calling you back and the endless hours spent guessing what the technical team are saying with either the microphone in their mouths or at the otherside of the room. If you have loads of holidays from work and you enjoy pulling washing machines in and out this is the washing machine for you! If you buy one and ANYTHING doesn't seem like it should send it back straight away, it's really not worth the hassle or the money you pay for it!

Delivered by AO told the engineers to not scratch the wood floor when you install the new washing machine and they did. When the washing machine is on spin it makes a terrible racket and there is clearly an issue with the seal which AO just refer you back to Samsung to discuss

I have had the machine for over a week and still cannot use it the first time i tried the door seal came off and flooded everywhere. Contacting Samsung has proved to be a nightmare and I’m hoping that a repairman is coming out next week. I won’t be buying Samsung again

Had the machine 2 weeks, door seal is leaking water onto the floor , never had such a disastrous start to owning a washing machine, apparently the warranty doesn't cover it so I'm not sure what to do, not impressed as I spent a little more than normal on a 'better' machine. Never again, beware.

Had this machine 2 weeks and the door seal has been damaged by what I would assume was a piece of clothing, not big enough to stop the door shutting but enough to damage the seal and leak water everywhere, not impressed by Samsung at all, apparently not covered by the warranty either, beware.

Stopped working after 48 hours. Electrical fault. Samsung customer services were appalling, whereas Sam from AO was exceptional and organised a new machine delivered the next day, not Samsung.
