Pretty rubbish actually. Irritating wee tune when switching on and when wash is finished. Broke after four months and service wasn't available for another four weeks ( should have been quicker for a warranty repair) ao were superb and allowed us to trade up to a Bosch. Buy a Bosch, they are way better.

After purchasing it in May of 2021, the product unexpectedly malfunctioned in April of 2024, despite adhering to the guidelines outlined in the user manual and properly maintaining it, including regularly cleaning the filter. Given the price point, I had anticipated a longer lifespan for the product. Comparatively, my previous washing machine, an Indesit model, remained functional for over eight years. I wouldn't recommend Samsung wash machines

Bought July 2021. Broke June 2023. Broke again Dec 2023 & again March 2024. Previous machine was from a different manufacturer & lasted 10 years. I wouldn’t expect a machine to break 3 times in less than 3 years. Now not worth repairing . I will never buy a Samsung again .

I’m shocked at how poorly this machine cleans clothes. It’s barely removed the easiest of stains which my hot point had no issues with. Clothes are still coming out dirty no matter what setting and how long I have them in the wash for! I do not recommend this washer at all! I have asked for a refund and will be switching back to either a hot point or Bosch.

If you want a washing machine that sounds like someone is trying to break in this is the one! Had the washer about 6 months before I managed to get a refund. Engineers basically replaced the insides and said "we cant fix these we can just repair them" and "if it ain't fixed now it never will be" even the delivery man said about how poor the build quality is. Engineers had to come out 5 times before samsung scrapped it off, but the sound of what the engineer was saying on the phone there is something seriously wrong with the series 5s but samsung don't want to do admit it. Getting intouch with samsung was a terrible experience, having the phone put down on you, been lied to about a manager calling you back and the endless hours spent guessing what the technical team are saying with either the microphone in their mouths or at the otherside of the room. If you have loads of holidays from work and you enjoy pulling washing machines in and out this is the washing machine for you! If you buy one and ANYTHING doesn't seem like it should send it back straight away, it's really not worth the hassle or the money you pay for it!

Lovely looking machine , but very noises and the drum bounces and bangs before going into full speed, only had just over 3 weeks and have had an engineer out and said it’s pretty normal , I looked at peoples reviews which were very good so purchased on that , but my machine is nowhere as quiet as others so let’s see how long it lasts.

Unfortunately I can only give a 1 star as our product was delivered faulty. The drum banged into the machine door as soon as the spin started, and the Samsung engineers said this happens a lot and they can't often solve the problem. Our old Samsung machine developed this problem after about 6 years and would have cost more than the machine was worth to fix apparently. We've decided not to use Samsung washing machines any more.
