Lovely looking washing machine, it even plays a tune when the wash program has finished. Alot quieter than the previous machine and clothes come out clean and alot better spun. Time in the tumble dryer has been reduced due the better spin speed. I haven't used many other programs but will give the quick was a go soon.

This is a quiet easy to use washing machine It was easy to set up and quick once you have learnt how to used it it is simple It does play an annoying musical tune when it is finished but thankfully you can turn it off

Too many long wash programs 3 hours is rediculous

Washing machine was easy to install. Just scan the label and open the YouTube video. Watch it's and washing machine installed in ten mins.since then the washing machine has not stopped. The little melody it plays at the end of the cycle is a pleasant change from the old bleep. Warrenty registered on line easy. So would recommend this to everyone who needs a quiet and nice washing machine. Andy

Bought this model to replace a well used 6 year old Bosch washing machine, which the drain pump decided to give up. Decided to give Samsung a go, as a friend has a very similar model and raves about how good it is. Plus Samsung were offering an extension of the manufacturer's warranty to 5 years, which sold it for me. I've had it for a week now. It runs very quiet during the wash cycle and the spin is ultra quiet compared to my old Bosch. Clothes come out spun dry and smelling fresh. Only fault would be that socks, keep getting themselves stuck near the door jam. A laundry bag is required for washing socks.

Brilliant product and easy to install. Lots of great programs too. The waney is nice and quiet when running and I have noticed it spins so well the clothing comes out pretty much dry.
