worst nightmare: fault washing machine delivered leaving us unable to wash our clothes

The washing machine has been leaking since it's first wash. We report this to AO immediately. We are now waiting for a Samsung engineer to come round and confirm that the product is faulty.We returned from holiday on the evening of the 23rd of March and the earliest time AO could provide an engineer to come round is Monday 27th March. It's very frustrating that AO were not able to provide an engineer as soon as we returned from our holiday (they had 4 - 5 days notice to arrange this).
As such, we've returned from holiday unable to wash any of our clothes ourselves. My pregnant wife and I are having to drive our dirty washing to family and do our washing there until this issue is resolved.
Given that we paid AO to take our old machine and install a replacement we were not expecting to be left without a functioning washing machine; this is really is the worst case scenario. I doubt we will ever be able to trust AO again with any purchases like this.
