It didn’t work kept turning itself on & off managed to do a drum clean & that’s able it had to send it back for another washing machine

We seem to have a problem with the powder detergent compartment not flushing completely into machine. As such leaves an amount of powder detergent which has been wetted out and is now a hard, less soluble mass.

Washes perfectly, which is to be expected as its new. The trouble with feedback requests is they always want feedback instantly. Manufacturers do not want to give customers time to truly get to know the positive and negative of an appliance. I like having the ability of turning off the end cycle tune. I also like the drum clean function. Only Eco and cotton settings take a full load (excluding rinse and drain functio). Majority of main cycles are 4kg. Quiet. Time count down display useful.

This machine is to replace a 15 year old Samsung Eco. It is no where as good as the old model. Noisy, and rocks and clonks about on every wash, no matter what program you select or the size of the load. Loud whine when on fast spin. This is after fitting and being checked over by an engineer.

Lovely looking machine , but very noises and the drum bounces and bangs before going into full speed, only had just over 3 weeks and have had an engineer out and said it’s pretty normal , I looked at peoples reviews which were very good so purchased on that , but my machine is nowhere as quiet as others so let’s see how long it lasts.

Loved it since the day it arrived. Preset programmes easy to set but gives you the flexibility to customise temp, spin etc easily. Fast mixed colours wash takes about 1hr 6 mins depending on load size.

After living with an old-tech adequate and simple small washing washing machine which lasted over 17 years, this machine has literally changed my life in the past three weeks! I'm giving this super Samsung 9KG beaut five stars as I think it has the capability be great once I've understood how to manage all the different permutations available for each wash load. The instruction booklet is pretty basic and admittedly there are lots of supporting clips on YouTube but understanding the cycle of each wash, how to vary that and what the end result is will probably only come with time and use. On the plus-side, it's good to have the many features offered and the opportunity to bespoke a wash to suit the load and the time available. On the immediate 'love-it' side, the spin is super-effective and quiet, and I've just used the bedding cycle to successfully wash three down-filled duvets!!!

Annoyingly Samsung have decided to fit a waste hose to my new machine that doesn't have the standard soft rubber attachment to fit to the spigot under the sink, instead there is a hard plastic tube that will not attach leaving me searching for what to do with this. No point checking Samsung's web site either because their installation video features the standard soft rubber attachment that doesn't come with the machine, infuriating and has left me without the use of the machine for a week while I attempt to find the adaptor I need to for the waste hose. Avoid yourself the hassle and don't buy this.
