Had the machine 2 weeks, door seal is leaking water onto the floor , never had such a disastrous start to owning a washing machine, apparently the warranty doesn't cover it so I'm not sure what to do, not impressed as I spent a little more than normal on a 'better' machine. Never again, beware.

Stopped working after 48 hours. Electrical fault. Samsung customer services were appalling, whereas Sam from AO was exceptional and organised a new machine delivered the next day, not Samsung.

Very pleased so far after two washes. I like that on Mixed load you alter the temperature, the spin speed and the number of rinses - I mostly wash at 30C 1400 spin and three rinses - it takes one hour eighteen mins. It’s a relevantly quiet machine too.

The washing machine is easy to use and gives you a range of options to choose from on what wash cycle you want to use, temperature, and spin cycle options. The clothes wash really well so far which is great. Unfortunately, despite the positive reviews the washing machine could have been better. No matter what wash cycle I use the timing changes. e.g. A wash cycle that is 1 hr 6 minutes long changes to 54 minutes in less than 2 minutes. I would also have preferred a different door lock for the washing machine as the door release mechanism is a bit loose. As well as that the washing machine is very noisy at times and shakes vigorously during the faster spin times of the cycle which means I am unable to wash any clothes at night.

The machine is fairly basic and surprisingly quite noisy I am not convinced we made the correct choice We have no instructions on how to register the manufacturers warranty or the alleged 5 year cover

My first Samsung washing machine and so far I’m really impressed with it….From the little tune that it plays when you switch it on, to the fact that you can turn the temperature down to 20deg. I love the fact that it tells you how long the programme will last and every single time the washing is coming out of the machine so much drier than my previous machine ever managed. No regrets on purchasing this model. Since spoken to loads of friends and family who also have Samsung and all sing its praises! Highly recommend.

Huge disappointment. We bought this replace a similar machine that had worked faultlessly for 14 years. This machine failed just after two months from purchase and Samsung can't even send somebody to look at it for 3 weeks. We have no idea how long it will take to actually get a repair.

Noise when filling up noise when selecting programs noise when cycle finished- and there’s no half load / extra water options , iv had to re wash many loads to remove soap residue., my advice don’t use capsules with this machine, there is multiple rinse options but this adds to the noise with the filling issue so pick your battles lol, the softener part is shallow so it will slop over if u pour but ok if you use measuring cap, I am goin to change the water pipe as the 1 supplied is realy thin so I hope this will solve 2 issues, the alarm for cycle finished can be turned off but the power & selection pings n dings can not . I chose this for the programs suitable for my current household, no babycare cycle required - all grown now although some days I do question this lol, & the water remaining after spin did seem to be one of the lowest , the bubble soak was impressive following accident/injuries, quick wash 15 mins, most programs average an hour. I do actually like that when it’s finished there’s a click & no waiting for the time lock ,if you find that dropped sock & need to add it in, just stop the wash add it & go. Would I buy another? Sorry no, sticking to Bosch.
