Machine itself is great compared to others, very quiet and a great cycle... but, I'm now 8 months into using it l, and the drum seal is already starting to fail. I expected the drum seal to fail, but after maybe 3-5 years, not 8 months. Once the machine starts to fail, I won't buy again. Poor form Samsung.

Machine dimensions NOT as stated - incorrect. Had to take various parts off to get through narrow doorway, which would have been ok if measurements given were correct. Beware if size is important. Given size was an important consideration when buying - not happy!

This is the second machine I’ve had. Just had it a week and the digital programmer has gone already. First one stopped working altogether so can’t risk it happening a second time a week without my machine was just unimaginable so I’m afraid I shall be contacting provider again. I paid more thinking I would be getting something special

It didn’t work - there was a fault which kept the door shut even before I’d used it!

LOVE IT! I spent weeks deciding which washer to get and I was worried I made a mistake but not at all, very happy with my choice. I have only tried a couple of the cycles so far but I am so impressed with the wash results. I have mostly used the Cottons cycle as there are only 2 cycles that can take the full 9kg load (which was a concern when l read the manual but as you can modify the cycles so much it hasn't been a problem), I washed some light colour clothes with dried blood stains and inground dirt that my old washer would never get properly clean, even after lots of stain spray and soaking the blood would be gone but not all of the dirt but in my new washer they came out SPOTLESS (trust me I looked very closely) and that's without any spraying and messing about (which is a real bonus for my painful back). I used the Cottons cycle on 40 degrees + Bubble soak + 3 rinses and that only took 2 hours 12 minutes (the Bubble soak takes half hour), so that is impressive as it probably would of taken at least half an hour to manually soak and spray the load and would not of achieved these amazing results in my old washer, and I would of had extra pain from all the bending etc so my back is definitely benefiting already. Sorry to waffle but when I was choosing a new machine these are the sort of questions I had. One last thing (I could go on and on all day lol), the door opens immediately when the end tune plays, happy days :)) P.S did I mention I LOVE IT!!!!

Great service and really nice looking product. Washes I’ve done so far have been great and everything comes out smelling lovely and fresh. I particularly like the bedding and hygiene clean settings. The only issue with this product is that the spin is INCREDIBLY powerful so if the machine isn’t secured against walls or counters it shakes and moves quite a bit, as well as being incredibly noisy. We have secured it now but do beware if you’re planning to put this somewhere that you can’t easily secure it.

I think that the washing machine is probably going to be all right. But when I first ran it I thought that it was rather noisier than I was expecting it was going to be. In my case it does not matter all that much as it is in my utility room and by the time the fire door door between the kitchen and the utility room is shut, it is hardly audible even on full spin. There were certain things about the instructions which I think should be mentioned in the manual, one of which is that the programme seems to flash throughout. In many instances a flashing is a sign of a warning and yet I have run three different cycles now throughout their whole length, and have not received any of the warning codes listed in the manual. As the drum does not seem to get hot, I did initially wonder whether the washing machine was heating the water up, but again as I have said previously I have had no warning indications and there are a whole list of possible codes of possible faults. It is always difficult to provide a really accurate review of the machine when you have only just started using it, and time will tell no doubt as to how good a machine it actually is. But I do have a five-year warranty with it.

Too many long wash programs 3 hours is rediculous
