Didn't work from the first day we are still waiting for a replace of the machine for more than 3 weeks now.

I have had the machine for over a week and still cannot use it the first time i tried the door seal came off and flooded everywhere. Contacting Samsung has proved to be a nightmare and I’m hoping that a repairman is coming out next week. I won’t be buying Samsung again

This is a very bad washing machine which has already distroyed a bunch of our cloths in the 6 months we purchased it. The spining speed is far to fast for the vast majority of pre program cycles making them dangerous to use. They are set on 1'400 RPM which is far to much. The normal speed for me to protect my clothes is 600 RPM but unfortunately this is not on offer. The speeds go from 400 which is not enough in many cases to 800 and more. If wou change anything after having set up your speed, the speed go back to 1'400 by default which is how you can get nice items easily destroyed. I would definitly change it if I could get rid of it. STAY AWAY.

Absolute junk. There's a known fault that triples the wash time on cotton cycles (big threads about it on Samsungs own community page) but when you speak to samsung they deny all knowledge. Absolutely abysmal support care from the manufacturers - I'd rather ingest broken glass than have to speak to them again. Beware, your warranty is worthless.

Machine dimensions NOT as stated - incorrect. Had to take various parts off to get through narrow doorway, which would have been ok if measurements given were correct. Beware if size is important. Given size was an important consideration when buying - not happy!

Less than a month into buying this machine, we noticed a leak. We phoned Samsung who initially wanted to help us, they told us to try different things. Then we noticed the leak was coming from the door, that was the end of their support. The seal is slightly misshapen in one place, their solution was for us to pay £134 for a replacement seal despite the fact we had had it for such a short time. The seal is not covered by the warranty! AO tried to negotiate with them but there was nothing they would do. We were not happy about paying for something that could happen again a month later. In 26 years I have had 2 hotpoints with no problems until they came to the end of their lives. I should have stuck with the same.

We are really unhappy with this product and will be contacting AO today to return it. I can only assume the machine is faulty as it is so loud it sounds like a steam train coming through the house. It also has made a hole in the concrete floor where one foot takes all the pressure. We have tried rebalancing it many different ways but nothing works. I simply can't use like this and will be returning.

Had the machine 2 weeks, door seal is leaking water onto the floor , never had such a disastrous start to owning a washing machine, apparently the warranty doesn't cover it so I'm not sure what to do, not impressed as I spent a little more than normal on a 'better' machine. Never again, beware.
