    Looks nice and is quite but the washing tablets get stuck in the front of the door and doesn't get wasted away during the wash.

    Had a condenser dryer before so found the heat pump set up a bit weird. Seems to take longer and not as hot

    It’s a brand-new washing machine. Makes a lot of silly noises but seems to work well. However, since the washing machine has been installed our dishwasher does not work. The dishwasher was only installed last year and is a bush so it must be something that the installers have done. I have tried flagging this up twice with AO. They have not got back to me.

    This washes very well but is very noisy while it spins and drains which came as a surprise as it is marketed as quiet. It makes a loud, rattling banging noise which frightens the cat!

    2 very annoying points but apart from that it’s good.

    Great product but 2 major faults.. one there is a big gap in front of the drum where socks constantly fall into so I pause washes numerous times to get it out and continue wash. Also the ‘child lock’ does not stop the On/Off bottom which then ends the wash and you have to start from the start again. Only had this a week or so and still may return.
