Took delivery of this brand new washer dryer and paid for installation. The machine had a fault with the door locking mechanism which meant that it did not work. Phoned AO, who transferred me to Zanussi, who booked an engineer appointment for a repair - earliest appointment was a week later, so another week without a machine. Engineer arrived today and fixed the fault. I have yet to use the machine - hoping that performance will make up for the very bad experience so far.

Sadly and unexpectedly it is an experience we don't want to repeat. AO have always provided a very good experience for our appliances. We are currently waiting for a zanussi engineer to look at the New washer dryer.

In love with this product. The washing and particularly DRYING element is fantastic. Clothes smell incredible and very clean. Not having a washing machine for two months has made me appreciate the luxury it truly is

Warranty too short Doesn't look as nice as some other brands

The settings are overly complex, the buttons are cheap and don’t work every time, drying cycles are less efficient than my old machine. Disappointing.

I bought this machine and I realised that it was a bit of a gamble as combined washer/dryers don't really have a good press. Although it is extremely quiet which is great, I do have to say I am very disappointed with the drying capability. Even putting two bath towels in said it was over the max capacity.

My feelings are mixed with this washer dryer. The bit feels well made and touch pad seems responsive. However, it lacks a quick wash feature: shortest run time on 30 degree is 49mins and the drying times are long. Drying times are override-able but won’t dry the clothes! We also had trouble with our integratable door fitting and required a new door. overall, hopefully will stand test of time but lacks features and the door was a faf!

Good quality washer and dryer - the auto-weighting usually estimates 6.5 hours for an average washer/dryer cycle of laundry, but often finishes after just 5 hours, with the items completely clean and dry.
