    Good but takes too long

    4/5
Looks nice and modern and like the digital display telling me how long to go. Lots of options and settings to change the temperature and in some of the programs duration too Some of the cycles take way too long though and I’ve done sheets and towels wash and dry and the stuff came out still wet

    Good machine

    4/5
I like that this machine is quiet, it's got a lot of flexibility with drying times, and it's easy to use if you don't want to change the settings all the time. I think the drum capacity is smaller than my old machine, although its still ok, and with a full load the maximum time you can take off a wash seems to be 11 minutes, so a standard 40 degree wash still takes 2 hours and 9 minutes.

Easy to use with good performance

    4/5
Had the machine for a couple of weeks now, it is very easy to use with various settings to choose from. So far good performance on the washing. It is a reasonably quiet machine. Have yet to try the dryer.

    A long wait

    4/5
I have never had a washer dryer before but having just had a new kitchen I wanted an intergrated appliance and to save room thought id combine both the washer and dryer. As a washer it does the job well although you don’t realise how small 7kg is till you get one...it’s quiet when working so no complaints there. As for the dying part...be prepared to wait...and wait.and wait... drying takes a while but I’ve adapted and just dry small items in it and put the rest either outside or on radiators. We are a family with 2 adults and 2 children.. This would suit a smaller family but I’m managing ok with it now.

    Ordering a Zanussi Washer Dryer

    4/5
I was pleased w/ so when placing the order. I was happy that they could deliver new machine and install as well as remove and dispose of old machine. The only snag was in installation when a screw went inside machine and I had to wait for replacement. But on the whole company dealt with matter well. I also like their tracking service so you know when they are arriving.

    Quiet and efficient

    4/5
Early impressions after a handful of washes and dries are largely positive. Many options for types of load and length of wash/dry. Only slight hesitation would be the drying seems to take slightly longer than my old machine but perhaps I’ve not yet got to grips with the various options. A quiet machine.

Enjoying it so far, liking the shorter cycles and it’s very quiet too!

Pity about the cupboard door fixings!

    4/5
We received the machine exactly when we expected it, and connected it up quite easily. So far it has behaved perfectly, although we have a long way to go before we are sufficiently familiar with it to obtain all its benefits over our previous very old (also Zanussi) machine. One snag, which reduces our score from 5 to 4, is the presence of the four door fixings on the front. For people who don't want a built-in machine, like us, they detract significantly from its appearance. OK, we knew they were there when we ordered it, but we hoped to be able to remove them when we had taken delivery, but we couldn't. We were particularly keen to buy this machine, because it is just about the only one on the market that is less than 82cm high, and will therefore fit under our counter. Would it be possible for future machines to have door-mounting furniture which is removable and the fixing holes plugged with plastic inserts if not required? Ideally the front surface of the machine should be flat all over, rather than raised for the door fittings. This would make the same machine attractive to customers for a built-in or a free-standing version.
