Faulty Machine - did not work.

Took delivery of this brand new washer dryer and paid for installation. The machine had a fault with the door locking mechanism which meant that it did not work. Phoned AO, who transferred me to Zanussi, who booked an engineer appointment for a repair - earliest appointment was a week later, so another week without a machine. Engineer arrived today and fixed the fault. I have yet to use the machine - hoping that performance will make up for the very bad experience so far.
