The old washer died (front drum bearing collapsed) on Monday got a new washer Wednesday also got a free gift,old washer taken away for free the ordering process was a piece of cake & the guy who phoned to check my order & delivery date was very bright & cheery made the whole process seamless have already told friends & family will definitely use them again.

Very pleased. Machine is easy to use, good range of programmes.Has auto load detection but you can still alter the time to suit your needs with the flexi time button. 8kg is great. Very quiet in operation, you also don’t really notice when it’s spinning. The only thing I would say but I think this is common to all washer dryers is that you can’t dry the full load in one go an drying can take a long time. Having said that there is an auto dry feature, dryness level and timed drying. All in all an excellent machine and I highly recommend it.

We had our washer-dryer for a few weeks now and I love it. It’s quiet and very easy to operate. Great option for locking the buttons to keep little hands from fiddling with the buttons :) Washes clothes much better to our previous washing machine. It’s in the kitchen / diner and it’s not a disturbance at all at meal times.

My previous Zanussi died after 7 years of use. It was time to buy another. After some research I decided on the Z816WT86B1. The machine has many options many of which I have yet to try but what is impressive is that it is virtually silent and even at full rpm is a lot quieter than my previous model. Load capacity is 8kg which is plenty for my needs and can even get a small duvet in. The machine has drying function which I have used and works very well. Overall I am very happy with the product and cannnot find any faults.

Needed to get a replacement after my Electrolux died after 13 years. Happy with this machine, seems well built and very quiet. The cycles can be customised with lots of options. The drying is excellent, much better then my old machine ever was.

Had this machine for a week now and it really lives up to his specs. It’s super quite while running, even during the 1600 RPM spin cycle, dries very well too. The Flexitime feature helps to reduce the washing time. Very recommended.
